The Shield is different to what can be done online.
Chat AIs or language learning models train on data and language to deliver conversation-style answers. In healthcare, this is very difficult and comes with a lot of training biases.
For example, exactly what do you train them on if the question includes four health conditions and a dozen medications? We are not there yet.
